✱✱ Book Review ✱✱ Work Hard Play Harder by Walker Frost

Walker Frost has released an extended version of his short story, Business and Pleasure.

Up until now, CEO Harold Carpenter’s life has been all about business. Unable to come out as gay in the corporate world, his private life has taken a back seat.

Affairs have always come second place to work, but ambitious executive Rex seeks to change this. He is determined to get more from his boss, both in terms of a relationship and his career.

But Harold’s world is unexpectedly rocked by the arrival of Aaron, a hot new intern, who inadvertently walks in on him and Rex.

Before long, Aaron becomes entwined in both Rex and Harold’s lives – both for business and pleasure.

Whilst the trio enjoy each others company, pressure mounts on Harold; Rex’s naked ambition and the need to come clean about his sexuality potentially threatens their fun.

How will Harold handle this challenge and how will he react when he realizes that he is falling for Aaron?

Work Hard Play Harder is Free right now on Amazon and is listed in Kindle Unlimited.

Momma Says: 3 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐

I read this one when it first released as Business and Pleasure, and it does benefit from the added content as far as flow and story line, but could've used a bit more character development. The story is interesting and certainly steamy as Harold, Rex, and Aaron figure out their relationship. I was a bit confused with Rex's reaction to the situation at the end, especially considering what we're told about him throughout the story, but overall, the story did hold my interest and it is worth a read.
