Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have yet to meet a Tiffany Shand book that I don't like and that continues with Outcast Fey. The book is wonderfully written and fast-paced. It's absolutely jam packed with intrigue, action, suspense, and even some romance. This is one of those stories that if it were I movie, I'd say not to blink or you'll miss something.
This second book in the Ithereal series picks up where Fey Spy left off. As it is a continuing story, I would suggest reading that one first. True to form, Shand gives us plenty of twists and turns as Sera works to figure out the keystone's secrets. In addition to family drama and hatred between the races, Sera also has her hands full with her husband, Bastian, who just happens to be among the opposing race.
There's so much going on with these fantastic characters that almost any detail would give spoilers, but suffice it to say that this book is another impossible to put down read from this author and while the ending is more open-ended than earth-shattering cliffy, it still left this reader chomping at the bit for more of this gripping story.
