Snapshots: Coup de Foudre
by Ellis Blackwell

You might chalk Matthew Gareson and Vince Valentino's lightning-fast relationship as a stereotype. It's an age-old trope after all--the one where the talented photographer falls for a hot model and they make their mark on the industry together. Or maybe the story is more scandalous, full of intrigue and backstabbing in the salacious world of fashion. Perhaps the story is nothing like you would expect, because you never expected to fall in love with Matthew and Vince as fast as they fell for each other. And maybe you deserve to get swept away too.

Momma Says: 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story is one of those that grabs hold and doesn't let go from the very beginning. In most cases, I don't care for instalove. To me, it's unrealistic and used much too frequently, but with Vince and Matthew, it just works. I'm not sure what it is about these guys, but they're just so good together, almost like neither is complete without the other. There's nothing slow about this relationship, and Vince and Matthew certainly have some things to work on, but the one constant is their love for each other. It may be instalove, but for this couple and this relationship, it just feels right, it rings true. Snapshots, with its wonderful characters, is a great combination of sweet love story and scorching hot romance. With characters so real they practically leap off the page, this one is a diamond in the rough, a stand out in a sea of instalove romances.
