The beginning of Just Roommates is full of the wit and sexy banter I've come to love in this series. Then, it takes a turn toward the emotional. And the feels go off the charts with this pair. Maliki and Sierra are a combination of frustrating and swoon-worthy, and I probably wanted to give them a good shake as often as I was oohing and aahing over them. And I know I can't be the only one who really wanted to pop Maliki one when he kept his secret. Despite that, I still wanted these two to make it work. They're just so good together, and creating terrific couples with great chemistry is something this author does quite well. Just Roommates is part of the Blue Beech series but does stand on its own. That said, I highly recommend the whole series. Like its predecessors, Just Roommates brings all the feels, a group of wonderful characters, and Charity Ferrell's sharp wit.
