I don't want anything to do with my crazy family's drama, which I've been watching unfold from a distance over the last year, but now my grandfather has Alzheimer's and I feel I need to at least make a quick visit to see him. Or maybe not so soft...because she's not only sweet and kind, she's hot as hell. This is a bad idea for so many reasons, and I sure as hell don't need more drama in my life, but I can't say no to her.

On this nutso trip, neither of us expect Molly to bond with my bonkers family...especially my poor, confused grandpa. And neither of us expect to bond with each other.

Game Changer - five books into a series full of terrific characters, romances with more chemistry than you can shake a stick at, and some wild and crazy family drama. I've loved so many characters in this series and I've rooted for every single couple, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Jax and Molly make up my favorite couple. So far! Who knows what Kelly Jamieson will dream up next for the wonderful Wynn family. This family does take some time to get to know all of them, but once you do, they start to feel like real people, which just goes to show the character development this author puts into her stories. 

Now for Jax and Molly. I love Jax and Molly! They are equal parts witty and emotional, and the sexual tension is through the roof. I love that these two are friends first, which can be just as much fun as an enemies to lovers romance, especially when the friends in question start tiptoeing around the feels. Of course, the author's wit comes shining through. You know it's good when you start laughing and look up from your Kindle to find the whole family looking at you like you've grown a second head. Nothing beats a couple who knows how to have fun together, and these two definitely have that down. 

We also get some serious as Jax deals with his grandfather's Alzheimer's. I think the author does a great job of showing just how hard this disease is on everyone around it. It's done with care and respect, and it certainly tugs at the heartstrings. 

All in all, this fifth in the series is everything I've come to expect from this author. It's sweet, sexy, emotional, and laugh out loud funny. Another engaging and entertaining read by Kelly Jamieson.
