Omega Sector Collection

by Janie Crouch

Omega Sector, an interagency task force, is made up of the country’s most elite agents. In these four classic tales by USA TODAY bestselling author Janie Crouch, they’ll be challenged like never before!

Stealth
The wrong place at the wrong time—that’s the only way Sophia Reardon could explain her predicament. She wasn’t even an FBI field agent and now she was being taken hostage. By her ex-boyfriend Cameron Branson. The moment Sophia walked into his undercover operation, Cameron warned her that his “employers” would want to break her. So keeping her by his side, pretending not to have feelings for her, was the best way to maintain his role in the dangerous organization, and the only way to keep them both safe. Because if they got their hands on her, she could expose him and his secrets. And then they’d no longer have any reason to keep her around…

Covert
At first it looked like a glorified babysitting job: safeguard a scientist while she created a countermeasure to neutralize a dangerous weapon that had fallen into the wrong hands. But when Dr. Megan Fuller’s life is threatened, undercover agent Sawyer Branson knows the enemy is closing in. Sticking by Megan 24/7 isn’t something he takes lightly, even if Megan doesn’t seem to appreciate his constant presence. But she soon becomes a challenge he enjoys. Because beneath her boxy lab coat and pinned-back hair lay a brilliant and beautiful warrior. One he’s determined to protect at all costs.

Conceal
As Bob and Lisa Sinclair, Omega Sector agents Evan Karcz and Juliet Branson were a formidable couple—until a brutal attack left Juliet traumatized. But with a powerful crime boss selling military secrets, the safety of millions depends on the undercover operatives. Evan’s strategy is to be near Juliet night and day to practice posing as a loving couple. But soon he realizes there’s a sizzling passion between them. With a killer stalking Lisa Sinclair, her “husband” knows he’d risk his cover—and his life—to protect her.

Secret
Former operative turned pilot Dylan Branson has one mission: deliver vital codes to Omega Sector before millions of lives are lost. Surprisingly, the codes reside in the photographic memory of Shelby Keelan, a beautiful computer expert who’s so far survived two murder attempts. Used to doing things solo, Dylan will get Shelby to Washington, DC, then walk away. So he’s stunned to discover she’s as much a loner as he is—and how much that appeals to him. Now, with both their lives in danger after his plane is sabotaged midair, Dylan no longer thinks of Shelby as just a job. Or that he’ll be able to let her go once it’s over.

Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Omega Sector Collection consists of four books that are jam-packed with everything good romantic suspense should be. Each book focuses on a different couple, but the intrigue is a continuing story that crosses all four books. Even so, the books can still be read as standalone, but once you've met any of these characters, you'll want to know them all. And that's the beauty of a collection - you can start at the beginning and read straight through. So, it's quadruple the action, quadruple the excitement, quadruple the romance. Basically, this set is just one more reason that Janie Crouch is one of my favorite romantic suspense authors.

The Omega Sector Collection is scheduled to go live on January 11th and is available for preorder.
The individual books are available now, and their reviews are as follows.

Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stealth gives us a second chance romance for Cam and Sophia if they can squeeze that in with everything else going on. Cam doesn't get much chance to really examine his feelings as he reacts to one extreme situation after another, including figuring out how to explain why he left without a word. Sophia has plenty of reason to hate Cameron Branson, but even when she's determined to do just that, their chemistry is undeniable. We also get some glimpses of the rest of the Branson family, who will each get their love story as the series progresses. The story is rapid-fire, the situations are intense, and the romance is swoon-worthy.

Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Covert picks up where Stealth left off, so it is a continuation of the story. That said, Janie Crouch does give us what we would need to be up to date, and she does it without it feeling like tedious info dumps for those already up to date. This one is an opposites-attract romance, and I think this is my favorite of the series. Don't get me wrong, they're all great, but I just love Sawyer's swagger and attitude, and then the way he fumbles around Megan. This pair may not always speak the same language when it comes to Megan's tech-speak and Sawyer's alpha male bodyguard mode, but they just fit together and complement each other perfectly. This one has all the tension and danger that I expect from a Janie Crouch romantic suspense along with loads of romantic chemistry and Janie's usual wit and sarcasm.

Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Conceal is a little darker than the other Omega Sector books, mostly due to things that happened to Juliet on a previous case. I gotta say that this is one time when Janie Crouch's writing didn't have to be so darn good. Juliet's anguish is almost palpable, and it's impossible to read her story without getting emotional. Her trauma is absolutely heart-wrenching. Of course, Janie gives us lots of danger and excitement to move things along. And then there's Evan, who is exactly what Juliet needs to heal just as she's exactly what he needs when things get tricky in the field. This third in the series is a great combination of danger and intrigue, romance, family, and healing. Parts of the story were difficult and emotional, but it's so worth every moment of the journey to be there to witness these wonderful characters coming out the other side.

Momma Says: 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The fourth Omega Sector book is Dylan and Shelby's story. I've been waiting for Dylan's story since the beginning, and it is everything I expected and more. These two have their differences, but Shelby is exactly what Dylan needs in his life - the catalyst to get him to start living his life again, to move on, and to heal. This whole series has been a wild ride full of danger and romance, and these wonderful characters are the kind that make you want to drop back in and visit from time to time. All in all, Secret is another great story in a series of great stories.
