✱✱Book Review✱✱ Riders of Fire and Ice by Brett Salter

They're back! Julian and Rome are taking their show on the road. This time to lovely old England in search of Camelot. While there, the Knight and Dragon will be trying to solve the mystery of the Talismans, the mystery of their shadowy stalker and the mystery of sibling rivalry. Prepare to meet some new faces and, of course, some new Darkbrands as the two further their adventures across the pond.

Momma Says: 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a search for Camelot in this second book in The Talisman Series, and I have to throw in here that I just love all things Camelot. So, I was all kinds of excited about this book. This series started as something for myself and my 14-year-old to read. He's hard to please when it comes to books, so when I find something he likes and it's a series, it's a big win for me. He usually takes his time and reads the bare minimum (30 minutes a night is a must if you want to play video games), but with both this and the first book, he didn't want to stop at 30 minutes. He was quite caught up in Rome and Julian. I was too, to be honest. These characters are so well done, and Brett Salter paints a picture with his words that let us see Rome and Julian's adventures. This is a continuing story, so I would definitely suggest starting with book one so you don't miss anything, and if you enjoy mid-grade fantasy, this series is one to check out.
