✱✱Book Review✱✱ Warrior Hearts: Fire by Ellie Horn

All Emily wants is to meet her long-lost sister. Instead, she comes face to face with werewolves and dragons.

Her life plunges further into darkness when she is lusted after by a ruthless alpha that will stop at nothing to get what he desires. What’s a girl to do? Fall in love with someone else, of course . . .

The alpha’s handsome younger brother is devoted to his pack until he meets Emily. The sparks that fly between them turns their world upside down.

But can Emily trust him? Where do his loyalties truly lie?

If you crave slow-burn romantic adventures with engaging characters that grab you by the heart, this is your book!

Please Note: Fire will show you how love can push boundaries, embrace many forms, and above all, conquer anything that it faces. Even though the intimacy is one on one and meaningful, characters find themselves in uncomfortable situations that may bother some readers.
Warrior Hearts: FIRE is a complete story that ends in a happily ever after, but reading the prior two books in the series first is recommended. This sizzling romance is intended for mature readers.

Momma Says: 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dragons! Did someone say dragons? Yes, yes, they did. Any time I can fall into a world with dragons, I'm in, and when it's a world as captivating as the one in Ellie Horn's Warrior Hearts series, so much the better. Be forewarned: these books are lengthy, so you're in for an investment in time. That said, these characters are worth the extra pages. This third in the series runs concurrently with book two for quite a bit of it, then it keeps going from there. It's done in a way that isn't boring or repetitive if you've read the series in order, and you won't be lost if you haven't. There's a thread of the story that we don't get in the second book, and that's what we get here. I've enjoyed all of the series, but I think this is my favorite so far. Like the earlier books, this is a slow-burn romance, and the characters are totally engaging. Ellie Horn includes so many terrific magical beings in this series, beings that I've never seen before in any book (and I've read a fair few). Also like the earlier books, this one is full of adventure and danger, but I think my favorite element is the camaraderie between so many magical creatures. The whole thing comes together so well, and I completely enjoyed taking this journey with these characters.
